Next week at Dunmow Art Group will be our last session with Leon Barnes using oils. Your homework is to prepare your canvas (example below) with black acrylic paint. Let this dry and then add masking tape across the middle and paint in the trees, remembering to mirror image each one, again using acrylics. To create the lines on the trees, flick black acrylic and scrape horizontally across the trees. We will then be using oils in the session to finish this painting off.
