For the next four week's we have the lovely Louise Mann for the Monday classes. Louise has provided the following information regarding materials and subject matter for tomorrow's watercolour class. Tomorrow, Louise will be doing watercolour paintings of wildflowers in a loose style. Louise has said that you can bring flowers from your own gardens, or just pick some wildflowers you find on the verges, such as dog daisies, buttercups, cow parsley, red/white campion etc... If you can't get hold of any flowers, then you can bring along photos or you can bring up photos on your phones. You can lay the flowers out flat or if you want to put them in something, please bring along a jam jar or small vase with you.. Materials: Watercolour paper (Louise herself prefers to use 300gsm cold pressed paper) Watercolour brushes. (Louise uses a squirrel mop brush. But you can bring a selection of big watercolour brushes and smaller ones - anything that comes to a point when wet is great. Watercolour paints Pencils and a selection of coloured pencils if you would like to use them Paper towels Water pot As always can we ask that you bring your own mug for coffee/tea. Many thanks! 🤩
