Considering how bad the weather was this evening, it was so lovely to see so many people in attendance. If you would like to attend our next demonstration evening, it will be held in Foakes Hall on the 22nd November at 7.30pm. Julie Arnall will be demonstrating a practical life-drawing session. £1 entry for members and £5 for non members who are also welcome. We would love to see you there!

You are invited! Join Dunmow Art Group on Wednesday 18th October, in Foakes Hall, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm as we welcome award-winning Hitchen artist, Mike Rollins, to share his expressive style of painting a landscape in pastels. A former set designer and graphic designer for heritage attractions and museums, Mike now focuses on his own paintings and art tutoring. He has exhibited widely and is a member of Herts Visual Arts, the Wynd Gallery, a co-operative group of artists in Letchworth Garden City and a Professional Associate of the Society of All Artists. Last year Mike was a finalist in the British Art Prize 2022, run by Artists & Illustrators Magazine. He has been featured in various publications including Leisure Painter magazine, to which he is a regular contributor. The demonstration is £1 for members of Dunmow Art Group and £5 for non-members. Dunmow Art Group has a long history of supporting artists and art lovers in and around Dunmow and has a regular programme of weekly art meetings and monthly visiting artists.
